The International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) wanted a platform to track global progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through an innovative "data about data" approach. The challenge was to harmonize extensive datasets into a user-friendly and visually engaging tool.

Leading my team, we designed and developed the SDG Indicator Portal, integrating over 240 indicators across 17 globally agreed goals. The platform combined an intuitive interface with robust backend functionality, allowing for seamless updates by IISD and easy navigation for end-users. As one of the first tools of its kind, the portal became an essential resource for researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders committed to advancing sustainable development.
