Partners for Resilience (PfR) wanted to communicate their innovative Integrated Risk Management (IRM) methodology, which aims to reduce disaster risk by increasing community resilience. The challenge was to simplify this complex and abstract concept for stakeholders and potential partners while sparking interest and trust in its application.

Leading my team, we produced an animated explainer video designed as a teaser to introduce IRM. The video highlighted how the methodology integrates disaster risk reduction, climate adaptation, and ecosystem management into a cohesive approach. Using a clear narrative and a vibrant illustrative style, we showcased real-world examples of how IRM supports vulnerable communities in achieving their goals. By focusing on relatable applications, we demonstrated the tangible benefits of IRM, making it accessible even to audiences unfamiliar with the concept.
